ALL ABOUT FORGING
FORGED BLANKS
Forged Club utilizes aerospace grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum blanks for all Monoblock wheels. The blanks are carefully selected from our trusted forging house partners. They are forged under 10,000 tons of pressure to alter their grain structure allowing maximum strength with minimum mass.
MACHINING
Forged Club's manufacturing facility features 6 state of the art lathe machines and 20 CNC machines. Lathing is a key step in the wheel manufacturing process. Over 75% of the mass is removed by the lathe to complete the profile, then they move on to the milling process. Our CNC machines go through a series of specialty cutting tools, and up to 10 hours of milling time, to achieve some of the extreme angles in our designs.

This is when the wheel comes to life, where the raw material becomes a premium product. Forged Club proudly picks vendors with the highest quality products. We offer a wide variety of premium solid color finishes, or brushed/polished base with a transparent finish. Here at Forged Club, we are always innovating and challenging ourselves to create new colors and combinations to offer our clients.

POLISHED
Introducing Forged Club's premium polished finish. At our state-of-the-art facility, we utilize a ceramic tumbling technique to achieve a flawless, high-polished finish. This meticulous process begins with carefully loading our wheels into a vibratory tumbler alongside specialized ceramic media. The media delicately removes imperfections, burrs, and sharp edges resulting in a mirror-like finish.
BRUSHED
Introducing Forged Club's premium brushed finish. Each wheel undergoes a handcrafted process, where our skilled technicians create a truly remarkable finish. Their skills ensure every stroke creates the perfect balance of depth and refinement. This labor-intensive process highlights the grains of the material and artistry that goes into each wheel.
